a comprehensive design for a banking platform
Boost Mobile is a wireless telecommunications brand used by two independent companies in Australia and the United States.
The client was developing an app for its digital bank (OmniMoney) to help clients manage their money and control their finances in a safer manner. This app keeps customers in control from wherever they are, letting them manage their account, utilize direct deposits, make purchases, send money to friends and family, set up their digital card, see all their latest transactions. Our main challenge was to create an intuitive, engaging and customer-centric design for the app and website.

Conducted competitive research identifying the main competitors and evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of their products and services.
Developed user flows, making sure to present the right information at the right time while minimizing friction along the way.
Created a clean and modern interface that pulls users in and connects them with the necessary banking functions that they need to go about their day and get their business done.
Designed user journey map, visualizing the user flow.
Laid out the structure, hierarchy, and relationship between the elements that make up the final product.
Provided an interactive prototype that showed the visual representation of the app's UI.
Created mockups which show how the app will look. It contains creating/choosing fonts, colors schemes, icons, shapes, buttons, screen elements sizes and proportions, illustrations.
Developed a convenient and powerful application. This simple, easy-to-use app streamlines navigation and usability through clear icons, simple menu bars and an overall clean layout with plenty of open, negative space that makes it quick and easy for users to perform the tasks that they need to do.
Designed website as a comprehensive and well thought out platform that lets users perform almost all the actions they can complete in person and on their computers.
Improved the overall safety of the service. The encrypted, password-protected app keeps users information and access to funds safe and secure, allowing them to feel at ease when using the mobile app.
